Kanye West




This may probably be the first and last time i talk about any Red Carpet events on my Blog.

Most of you all know that The MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS were held last night in NYC.
So basically Taylor Swift(whoever that is) wins Music Video of the Year.
She is a young upcoming artist so you think people would be happy for her and let her shine and enjoy her moment...

How ever, there was one borderline AVERAGE rapper/producer in the audience with nuts the size of king kong, that would forbid such a thing from happening.

While she ( Taylor swift ) Accepted her award and expressed her appreciation , Kanye west takes the Mic from her cutting her short of her sentence and Ignorantly States
" Beyonce had one of the best videos of all Time"

Well here are my personal Thoughts...

WOW.. how old are you ? 29..30.?
I think its fucked up and childish to begin with , but if you are ever going to pull such a despicable act you better be a Mogul, a fucking Hip hop ICON . Kanye you are neither. Jay-z Fits that disciption, heck even 50 cent is more respected than you.

You must of been feeling some type of way.
Way to make Beyonce feel super uncomfortable and put her on the spot like that, because im sure she really appreciated that.

That made all the " white people in the audience clap harder for Taylor Swift.
They mustve been thinking " wow is this the ignorance and additude Hip hop produces.

Most hip hop is ignorant( ive been a hiphop/rap fan all my life) still enjoy it

Good job Kanye on your Salty ways

Work out for that Butt you want





Cut straight to the point. Most women are not satisfied with their body , ( stomach , legs , breast, and Butt etc. All women want a " Great butt" but very few have them. Although opinions on what a good butt vary but personal preferance.

How ever i will give core exercises to to help shape , tone and even add Size to your Glutes ( booty).

I dont recommend diving head first into a strength training program

Prequisites: able to do at leaste 10 girl push ups and 1 full push up
- Can do at leaste 25 body squats
- has decent flexibilty in the hip flexors, hamstrings and glutes
i Suggest you create a solid base before you embark on this journey for a better but. By base i mean Core muscles and lowerback ( THAT doesnt mean 100's of crunches) I.E leg raises, sit ups, knee ups, back ext. etc.



The Sumo Deadlift( as shown in the picture)- is the core lift that will build the Glutes/inner thighs.
This dead lift variation develops the Glutes greatly when performed correctly.
how to:
Use a wide base and grip the bar inside your legs and simply pick up the weight from the ground ,Make sure your lifting off the ground with legs and not your back.
Squeeze the glutes at the top of the lift , then lower. Make sure your back is straight and not rounded !!! Recommend you have some one watching your form

work out- Start off with

10-10-8-8 or 10-5-5-5( using moderately heavy weight ) depending on your level of stength
add weight ass you progess with form and strength ***

Alternate- if you dont have acces to an Olympic barbell, use a dumbell and hold it by the head, with both hands.


Glute bridge-
This a body weight exercise , no equipment needed.
-How to-
Lay flat on the ground with your hand on your sides and your feet flat.
Than, keeping your feet flat on the ground push your hips up into the air and squeeze and hold for 3-5 seconds.
( if my description doesnt help, google a picture)

Start off with 3 setts of 15
thanwhen you get stronger 3x 20

be sure to include this excersice is very important!!!!




Split squat-
Is best for building the the glutes/quads

Execution: 1:grab some dumbbells or whatever weight you have. 2:Facing forward place one foot behind you on a bench or chair.
3: NEXT lower your body / than raise back up.
-MAKE SURE YOUR KNEE DOES NOT PASS YOUR FOOT!!! so position for legs correctly

Work out-
3-4 sets of 10


Full Squat- is hands down the best lower body builder and builds great Glutes

Full squat you must go below parallel( when your legs form a 90 degree angle you are parrallel ). How ever i dont Recommend any females , especially ones with out previous training experience and a spotter to do this excersice with add resistance.

When ready you will reap the benefits of Squats.

SAMPLE-


START OFF WITH light weight you can handle then work our way up as you get stronger.
15-10-8-8*** add weight if you can handle the work load for remaining sets.



There are plently of other ones i can list, however Those are the " CORE " EXERCISES that will help you achieve the Butt you want. Rep ranges and variations may vary to your specific needs.

Make sure you compliment your training with a balanced upperbody/core program

Health is Wealth







Nothing in the world is more valuable than your health and well being. So why do people put their health in jeopardy everyday?

Most dont care and many just dont know any better.
So next time you shove that piece of food in your mouth, ask your self this

" is this going to benefit me or harm me?

Was this food once alive , grown from the ground or natural ? ( if not you should probably not eat it) all things that are natural arent always healthy BTW.**

They say for bit of food you put in your mouth, you either add days to your life or take away..
and just because a higher being says its good, doesnt mean its actually true ( gov. ADA, USDA, FDA)

In fact The FDA have not cured one disease since Scury and that was cured by implementing Vitamin C.

Their only concern is too keep you sick so they can continue to sell their medicines
( yes they are a major conglomerate which may also control food companies)

Most explosive athlete at the NFL combine 2009


I know its a little late too review about the NFL combine, But i decided to pick single most explosive athlete out of the 300+ that competed . Your opinions may differ.
-
Donald Washington of the Ohio state Buckeyes-6'0 -197 Cornerback( now with the Kansas City Chiefs.. ) sighh

Vertical jump- Exploded into the air with a 45inch vertical jump. (the highest in the combine)
that is crazy leg power @ close to 200lbs

Broad jump-In the broad Jump he leaped to an 11 foot 3 inch mark which was also the best mark of the competition.

40yard Dash- He ran a 4.49 which put him in the top 10 of all Cornerbacks. Nothing eye popping but its legit.

He didnt impress any one with his upperbody strength only completeing 9 reps @ 225lbs

I still think he is one explosixe athlete and a raw talent.

so incase you are unaware ( which you probably arent) I lost my gym membership due to circumstances i cannot control. That was a big blow cause my life revolves around athletic performances and if i cannot train i feel like my life is incomplete. MY gym was one of the best gyms i have worked out at in my life. It was sports/powerlifting gym with all the equipment you need. Im talking, bands, chains , boxes , ropes , track , field , batting cage , 5 or more power racks. Yeah i know i get excited just thinking about it. But theres more, World class athletes train their as well. The owner of the Gym Is World record holder in the Bench press in his weight class. Also 1st round draft pick of the Colts Donnie Brown trains there occasionally. Its good facility and atompsphere. ...

However back to the big picture.

Now i have no where to work out. so i decided to start a junkyard/ bartederz work out routine.
Basically its like this

Upperbody-
50 pullups a day( at my local play ground)
variations
Dipsx50
100 push ups a day

Lowerbody-this is a little tough since it takes more to stimuatle the legs than body weight squats

Car pushing-3-5 reps for 40-60m ( great for strength endurance)

Box jumps( onto the highest objects you can find) to maintain explosive power and hip power

Single leg fence jumps w/ 3power steps- this is for single leg exposiveness-usually do fences around 36-48 inches

Rim Touches-from a stationary stance( vertical jump) and 3 power step rim grabs `

People in your life.

I Quote " theres a reason why the people in your past didnt make it to your future" Is that really true? I know from experience people are constantly entering an exiting your life , so over the years ive learned not to grow attached to any particular person. But eventually most people will get caught in the drift and find one person that completes them or blah n all that. However , when that happens its usually game over because that person is going to put the other on a pedistil and worship the ground they walk on. and when that happens its almost guarenteed to end in disaster. because when that person is gone or leaves you. your world will come crashing down. needless to say why .... Thats why ive trained myself to counter this effect for the past years. Especially with friends, ic ant even count on two hands how many people i used to be friends with i am no longer friends with. Sure some reason may be my fault but mostley theirs. WHY? cause people change.. your best friend will become a stranger, your foe may be come ur best friend and your signficant other that you been with for so long becomes nothing but a memory....the only thing that is constant is change.... and i leave you with this and quote sophacles .. " one word free's us from all of lifes weight and pain .... the word is love "
Love can be anything.
