Junk yard workout . . .

so incase you are unaware ( which you probably arent) I lost my gym membership due to circumstances i cannot control. That was a big blow cause my life revolves around athletic performances and if i cannot train i feel like my life is incomplete. MY gym was one of the best gyms i have worked out at in my life. It was sports/powerlifting gym with all the equipment you need. Im talking, bands, chains , boxes , ropes , track , field , batting cage , 5 or more power racks. Yeah i know i get excited just thinking about it. But theres more, World class athletes train their as well. The owner of the Gym Is World record holder in the Bench press in his weight class. Also 1st round draft pick of the Colts Donnie Brown trains there occasionally. Its good facility and atompsphere. ...

However back to the big picture.

Now i have no where to work out. so i decided to start a junkyard/ bartederz work out routine.
Basically its like this

Upperbody-
50 pullups a day( at my local play ground)
variations
Dipsx50
100 push ups a day

Lowerbody-this is a little tough since it takes more to stimuatle the legs than body weight squats

Car pushing-3-5 reps for 40-60m ( great for strength endurance)

Box jumps( onto the highest objects you can find) to maintain explosive power and hip power

Single leg fence jumps w/ 3power steps- this is for single leg exposiveness-usually do fences around 36-48 inches

Rim Touches-from a stationary stance( vertical jump) and 3 power step rim grabs `
